Our current release for our Seasonal release 'Seasons Best' hails from the Colombian town of La Unión in the Nariño region from the FUDAM Co-operative.
 
FUDAM is a 300-member association of organic-certified and Rainforest Alliance–certified growers that was founded in the year 2000 by just seven producers who shared a vision of sustainable agriculture as well as environmental protection and development. FUDAM's membership believes firmly in the principles of sustainability that drove them to band together in the first place.
 
We love this community farmed coffee for it's versatility when served black and with milk. When served black, red fruits and jammy sweet notes are highlighted and milk chocolate and toffee notes are abound when paired with milk.
