Jahaira Yosely Cardona Manueles owns a 2.5 hectare farm in Chinacla - a village in the La Paz district of Honduras. She has been dedicated to producing specialty grade coffee since she turned 18 and took over the farm named Finca La Bendiciónan from her parents.
She has planted various high quality varieties such as Red Boubon and Pacamara as well as Catuai which this lot is 100% comprised of.
Jahaira takes great care with the agronomy on her farm and has diversified the soil by planting citrus fruits and develops well made lines to mitigate soil erosion and promote the organic fertilisation processes she uses on the farm.
